Update:  On November 13, 2013, the Commission denied OCC’s application for rehearing which challenged the lack of consumer protections afforded by the Commission’s order granting Ormet’s application for a unique arrangement.  As no other applications for rehearing were filed in this proceeding, the case should be closed.  All other issues relating to the closing of the Ormet facilities will be handled by the Bankruptcy Court.
