Update:  On November 12, 2013, the Commission granted the interventions of OMAEG, Ohio Energy Group, and United States Steel Corporation.  The Commission also granted a motion to amend the procedural schedule moving the hearing on this matter from November 14, 2013 to November 26, 2013.  The parties are still involved in settlement discussions in an attempt to resolve this matter without a hearing.
