Update:  The hearing on Duke’s electric security plan application continued this week; examination of witnesses who filed direct testimony concluded on November 12, 2014.  Duke will be filing rebuttal testimony on November 17, 2014, and the hearing will reconvene on November 20, 2014 for examination of witnesses supporting rebuttal testimony.
