Update:  On October 28, 2013, AEP Ohio submitted a letter to the Attorney Examiner stating that AEP Ohio has made two tariff changes in order to comply with the Commission’s order in this proceeding.  First, AEP Ohio adjusted the Phase-In Recovery Rider to zero for all Columbus Southern Power rate zone customers, effective October 24, 2013.  Second, AEP Ohio is implementing a SEET credit rider for Columbus Southern Power rate zone customers, which will be effective starting with the November billing cycle.  AEP Ohio plans to recognize any over/under recovery of the credit in the subsequent quarterly fuel adjustment clause (FAC) calculation.
