Update:  On October 30, 2013, the Commission granted Ormet’s motion for the continuation of electric service throughout the pendency of Ormet’s bankruptcy proceeding, subject to Ormet’s payment for such service, at the applicable tariff rate, weekly in advance.  The demand charge will be applied based upon Ormet’s actual reduced usage under the applicable tariff rate.  The Commission acknowledged that its entry is subject to modification or revocation by order of the Bankruptcy Court due to the existing payment agreement between AEP Ohio and Ormet (which is subject to the jurisdiction of the Bankruptcy Court).
