Update:  On May 6, 2014, a number of intervening parties filed testimony.  OMA Energy Group did not file testimony.  Staff must file its testimony by May 20, 2014.

On May 6, 2014, AEP Ohio filed a memorandum contra to the Energy Professionals of Ohio’s Motion to Intervene.  AEP Ohio argues that the Energy Professionals of Ohio did not demonstrate extraordinary circumstances that would allow for late intervention.
