Update: On May 4, 2015, FirstEnergy filed several new pieces of supplemental testimony which purportedly address the factors outlined by the Commission in its order regarding the AEP ESP Case. Intervenor testimony on the AEP ESP Case order factors is currently due May 11, 2015. On May 6, 2015, Sierra Club filed a motion to amend the procedural schedule governing the case in order to extend the deadline for intervenors to file supplemental testimony until May 18, 2015. On the same day, Sierra Club also filed a motion to permit limited written discovery on the issues addressed by FirstEnergy in its supplemental testimony.
