Update:  On May 2, 2012, the attorney examiner entered an order denying the interlocutory appeal, motion for certification to the Commission, and application for review filed by several environmental, governmental aggregation and residential consumer advocate groups. The attorney examiner determined that the four specific rulings in which interlocutory appeals apply were not present in this case. However, the attorney examiner did modify the procedural schedule to require that testimony on behalf of non-signatory parties be due by May 21, 2012, and that the evidentiary hearing will begin on June 4, 2012.
