Update:  On May 27, 2014, the OCC, Kroger, OMA, and Ohio Partners for Affordable energy filed a fourth notice of appeal with the Supreme Court of Ohio.

The Commission issued an order requiring Duke to file tariffs in compliance with the Supreme Court’s ruling granting a stay of the Commission’s November 13, 2013 Order with regard to the implementation of Rider MGP.
