Update:  AEP Ohio filed a motion to strike certain portions of the testimony filed by Lael Campbell on behalf of Constellation New Energy, Inc., Stephen Baron on behalf of the Ohio Energy Group, and Kevin Higgins on behalf of the Kroger Co., arguing that portions of the testimony are outside the scope of the proceeding.

On May 27, 2014, the Ohio Energy Group filed a memo contra to AEP Ohio’s motion to strike.

AEP Ohio also sent a letter to the Commission informing them that it included the testimony of Leal Campbell in its motion to strike in error and does not request that any portions of Mr. Campbell’s testimony be stricken at this time.
