Update:  On May 20, 2013, the OMA filed its initial brief opposing DP&L’s $137.5 million annual service stability rider (“SSR”).  The brief opposed the rider because of the financial impact on manufacturers, citing information about the potential 48% to 58% increases in the rider that some manufacturers would see.  By way of example OMA Counsel noted for the PUCO that the proposed increase would cause one member to experience an increase of $16,752 annually.  Reply briefs are due June 5, 2013.
