Update: FirstEnergy filed tariffs which it alleges are in compliance with the PUCO’s order modifying and approving the settlement on its fourth electric security plan (including the PPA). The tariff filings associated with Rider RRS (to collect PPA costs) were left blank given that it is no longer seeking to recover the costs associated with the Affiliate PPA. The PUCO has yet to address FirstEnergy’s new Rider RRS proposal which FirstEnergy claims does not involve an Affiliate PPA.
