Update:  The OCC filed a motion for an extension of time to file a memorandum contra to FirstEnergy’s motion for renewal of its protective order.  The OCC requested expedited ruling on its motion.  On April 28, 2014, OCC’s motion was granted and its memorandum contra is due May 6, 2014.
