Update:  Although we expected a substantive decision this week regarding applications for rehearing, the PUCO granted all applications for rehearing for “further consideration of the matters specified in the applications for rehearing.”  This simply gives the PUCO an indefinite amount of time to issue its entry on rehearing regarding the issue of FirstEnergy being required to bid 75% of its planned energy efficiency resources into the PJM capacity market, as well as other tangential issues.  We are continuing to monitor this case and will provide updates accordingly.
