Update: Though the PUCO directed Duke to file its energy efficiency and peak demand reduction program portfolio plan (Plan) by June 15, 2016, Duke is once again asking to extend the due date associated with this filing. Duke’s new request seeks approval to file the market potential study portion of the Plan by October 15, 2016. According to Duke, more time is needed because the vendor it partnered with is unable to deliver a timely market potential study.
