Update:  On May 9, 2012, the attorney examiner issued an entry scheduling local public hearings as follows: 1) Monday, June 4th at 6:00 p.m. in Akron; 2) Thursday, June 7th at 6:00 p.m. in Toledo; and, 3) Tuesday, June 12th at 6:00 p.m. in Cleveland. The entry also requires FirstEnergy to publish legal notice of application and the scheduled local and evidentiary hearings.
