Update:  Post-hearing briefs were filed by Ohio Power Company, Staff, and Industrial Energy Users-Ohio in support of the joint Stipulation.  Ohio Power Company’s post hearing brief also addressed why the issues raised at hearing by the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel do not undermine the joint stipulation.  The Ohio Consumers’ Counsel filed a post-hearing brief opposing the joint stipulation and requesting that the Commission reduce the storm damages Ohio Power Company may recovery by $37.9 million.  Parties now await a decision from the Commission.
