Update: A hearing is scheduled for next week to litigate a settlement reached between Duke and Staff that seeks to resolve issues related to Duke’s energy efficiency program costs, lost distribution revenue, and shared savings incentives arising out of Duke’s 2013 rider case and shared savings incentives issues arising out of Duke’s 2014 case. OMA Energy Group witness John Seryak will be filing testimony in opposition to the settlement. Other parties are expected to also file testimony asking for the settlement to be rejected.
