Update: The PUCO approved AEP’s compliance tariff to establish the interim Basic Transmission Cost Rider (BTCR) Pilot Program for 19 of AEP’s customers, including 5 OMAEG members, according to the terms of the Global Settlement. The BTCR Pilot Program is an annual program (the 1CP is set from November 1st to October 31st) and will be in effect on a temporary basis until a PUCO order is issued in AEP’s ESP 3 extension case. The approved tariff will be effective with the first billing cycle of April 2017.
