Update:  The Commission denied the Office of the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel’s (OCC) motion for an extension of time to file a memorandum contra the applications for rehearing.

The OCC filed a memorandum contra to the applications for rehearing of Direct Energy, LLC, Duke Energy Ohio, Inc. FirstEnergy, and Interstate Gas Supply, Inc. (IGS).  FirstEnergy filed a memorandum contra to the applications for rehearing filed by The Ohio Hospital Association, IGS, Ohio Power Company, and Dayton Power & Light Company.  Interstate Renewable Energy Council, Inc., IGS, and Direct Energy also filed memorandums contra to applications for rehearing.
