Update:  On March 2, 2011, the Commission issued Staff proposed changes to the rules regarding practice and procedure, Commission meetings, complaint proceedings, and utility tariffs and underground protection.

On February 21, 2014, the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel, FirstEnergy, and Duke Energy Ohio, Inc., filed applications for rehearing regarding the proposed rules.
