Update: On March 23, 2015, the attorney examiner issued a procedural entry revising deadlines in the case and postponing the hearing. The newly-issued procedural schedule includes the following pertinent dates:

• March 31, 2015 – Prehearing conference regarding discovery issues
• April 13, 2015 – Deadline for issuing discovery requests regarding the AEP ESP III Order factors (except for notices of deposition)
• May 4, 2015 – Supplemental testimony of FirstEnergy and intervenors due
• May 29, 2015 – Staff testimony due
• June 2, 2015 – Prehearing conference
• June 15, 2015 – Evidentiary hearing commences
