Update: Citing to DP&L’s uncooperative behavior in the discovery process, OCC filed a motion to compel DP&L to promptly provide information associated with its request to increase distribution rates. OCC claims that DP&L has resorted to delaying and stall tactics in an attempt to limit disclosure of information.  The requested information relates to DP&L’s financial and operational condition.  OCC plans to depose DP&L personnel in early April to uncover further information about the case, OMA Energy Group and others will participate in the deposition.
