Update:  Last week, the Commission issued a procedural schedule providing interested parties the opportunity to submit comments on DP&L’s supplemental application.  OMAEG is in the process of preparing comments to be submitted to the Commission on March 25, 2014.  Further, on March 18, 2014, AEP Generation Resources, Inc. filed a motion to intervene in this matter.
