Update: OMA Energy Group, Kroger, Dynegy, IEU-Ohio, Ohio Energy Group, the Independent Market Monitor for PJM, and a few others filed motions to intervene in the case. IEU-Ohio filed a motion to deny DP&L’s request for waiver of a PUCO rule that provides that a transmission cost recovery rider shall be avoidable by shopping customers. DP&L has not yet filed a response to IEU-Ohio’s motion.
