Update: Discussions between parties concerning various discovery disputes continued over the course of the week. Discovery also continued, in the form of depositions, throughout the week. This marked the first week of depositions of witnesses who offered supplemental testimony pertaining to the Stipulation filed in the case on December 22, 2015.

The deposition of OMA Energy Group witness Ned Hill took place on March 12, 2015. The deposition of OMA Energy Group witness John Seryak was also scheduled to take place on March 24, 2015. As of today, the hearing is scheduled to commence in one month, beginning on April 13, 2015.
