Update:  The evidentiary hearing concluded on February 25, 2013.  Parties must file post hearing briefs by April 8, 2013, and reply briefs by April 29, 2013.  This briefing period is a significant amount of time compared to usual time frames established by attorney examiners.  After the briefing period, the PUCO will likely issue a decision within a few months.
