Update:  On May 30, 2014, the Kroger Co. filed a memo contra to AEP Ohio’s motion to strike portions of Kevin Higgins’ testimony.  The attorney examiners presiding over the case will rule upon AEP Ohio’s motion to strike on the date Mr. Higgins takes the stand to testify in the hearing.

A hearing on AEP Ohio’s ESP application commenced on June 3, 2014.  To date, AEP Ohio witnesses Vegas, Spitznogle, Dias, Allen, Gabbard, and Roush have testified in support of various portions of the ESP, with detailed cross examination from OMA and other parties.  The hearing is presently scheduled to continue until approximately June 23.  We will continue to provide updates as the hearing progresses.
