Update: This week, AEP-Ohio provided sample bill impacts and customer allocations regarding its storm damage rider request.  OMAEG counsel is analyzing the proposed distribution allocation and will provide an update on the potential impact AEP-Ohio’s request will have, if approved.  On another accord, OCC has further reviewed discovery responses and recommends that AEP-Ohio’s request be reduced by $26-$28 million based on the unreasonableness of expenses incurred.  Based upon PUCO Staff’s thorough review of all expenses incurred, it is unlikely that AEP-Ohio’s request will be reduced by this amount.  We will continue to participate in settlement discussions and will provide updates accordingly.
