Update:  On June 20, 2014, AEP Ohio filed rebuttal testimony related to the Power Purchase Agreement Rider, Storm Damage Recovery Rider, and carrying costs on regulatory assets.  On June 23, 2014, AEP Ohio filed additional rebuttal testimony in response to (1) Staff Witness Choueiki’s testimony regarding electric market price volatility, (2) the effects of the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) Rider, and (3) the testimony of Exelon Witness Campbell, Industrial Energy Users-Ohio (IEU-Ohio) Witness Murray, and Staff Witness Choueiki regarding competitive issues associated with the proposed PPA Rider.

The hearing will reconvene on June 30, 2014 to address AEP Ohio’s rebuttal testimony.
