Update:  The Commission Staff once again filed a motion for extension of the due date for the final audit reports.  The Commission granted Staff’s request and the new deadline for the final audit reports is August 15, 2012.  We will continue to monitor this case and review the audit report upon completion to ensure that the calculation of the 3% is correct and to protect renewable requirements without exceeding the bargained for cap.
