Update:  On June 5, 2013, the PUCO issued an entry requesting all stakeholders file comments regarding sixteen questions relating to market design and corporate separation.  These questions result from the comments received regarding the PUCO’s initial investigation into the health, strength, and vitality of Ohio’s retail electric service market.  OMAEG counsel is evaluating potential questions to address and will provide recommendations soon.  Nonetheless, OMAEG counsel will participate in the scheduled workshops and provide routine reports to the OMAEG regarding matters of interest.
