Update: On July 1, 2014, OMA Energy Group and the OCC filed reply comments. OMA Energy Group stated that Duke has not provided sufficient information for comprehensive evaluation of its shared savings calculations, that Duke’s failure to bid energy efficiency benefits into PJM auctions leaves important benefits for the customers on the table, and Duke is not entitled to shared savings because it did not meet its energy efficiency benchmarks in 2013.
