Update: The PUCO scheduled the complaint for hearing on October 4, 2016 to address allegations brought by the City of Toledo that FirstEnergy Solutions breached its contract when it imposed pass-through surcharges to recover costs associated with the 2014 Polar Vortex. If you recall, OMA members’ similar complaint case is scheduled for hearing on September 13, 2016.
