Update: On July 18, 2014, the OCC filed a motion to hold in abeyance a ruling on Duke’s motion for a protective order. The OCC argues that the ruling should be held in abeyance until such time as Duke provides the information over which it seeks confidential treatment to the parties willing to enter into a reasonable protective agreement. The OCC also filed a motion to compel discovery responses.
On July 23, 2014, Duke filed a memorandum contra to OCC’s motion to compel discovery responses and a memorandum contra to the motion to hold in abeyance a ruling on Duke’s motion for a protective order.
