Update:  The Environmental Law and Policy Center and the Ohio Environmental Council filed a motion requesting a determination that collaborative materials shared with FirstEnergy’s stakeholders are not confidential.  FirstEnergy is claiming that certain information, including energy efficiency savings and progress, updates on budgets and program spending, and general updates on FirstEnergy’s energy efficiency activities or program changes, that it shared with its stakeholders is confidential.  The Environmental Law and Policy Center and Ohio Environmental Council claim that this information is not confidential and should be produced in this proceeding.
