Update: This week, the depositions for a number of intervenor witnesses who intend to submit supplemental testimony on or before August 10, 2015, in accordance with the attorney examiner’s most recent procedural entry, were rescheduled.   The depositions will now take place on various dates between August 11, 2015 and August 31, 2015, when the evidentiary hearing in the matter is scheduled to commence.
