Update: OMA Energy Group filed correspondence urging the PUCO to take swift action to stop DP&L from collecting unlawful charges through its Service Stability Rider (SSR). The Ohio Supreme Court recently reversed the PUCO’s authorization of the SSR. However, the PUCO has not yet acted to implement the Court’s decision.
