Update: On December 29, 2014, OMA and numerous other parties that participated in the hearing on Duke’s electric security plan (ESP) application filed reply briefs with the Commission. All pleadings pertinent to the case have been filed by the parties at this point in time; thus, the case has been submitted for the Commission’s consideration.
