Update:  The Ohio Environment Council and Environmental Defense Fund filed a motion to intervene on January 24, 2014.  On January 27, 2014, OMA, the Industrial Energy Users-Ohio, The Kroger Company, Ohio Energy Group, Ohio Hospital Association, Ohio Partners for Affordable Energy, and the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel filed a joint motion to shorten the response time for discovery requests from 20 days to 10 days.  Expedited ruling was requested.
