Update: Now that the evidentiary hearing has concluded, parties are in the process of preparing briefs for the PUCO’s consideration. FE requested that the PUCO issue a decision on the case by February 10, 2016; however, this request has effectively been denied because the last set of briefs is not due until February 22, 2016.
