Update:  Dayton Power & Light filed a motion to intervene on January 22, 2014.  The procedural schedule was filed today and sets the following deadlines:

• Motions to intervene are due March 7, 2014
• Discovery requests, except for notices of deposition, should be served by May 2, 2014
• Intervenor testimony is due on May 6, 2014
• Staff testimony is due on May 20, 2014
• A procedural conference is scheduled for May 27, 2014 at 10:00 a.m., at the offices of Commission, Hearing Room 11-A.
• The evidentiary hearing is scheduled to commence on June 3, 2014.
