Update:  On January 15, 2013, the attorney examiner issued an entry establishing the procedural schedule regarding AEP-Ohio’s increased rate request. Accordingly, interested parties must intervene and file comments by February 19, 2013, and AEP-Ohio must inform the PUCO by March 19, 2013, as to whether or not all of the issues raised in the comments are resolved. Pursuant to board action at this week’s OMAEG meeting, the OMAEG will intervene and file comments opposing AEP-Ohio’s request to recover an additional $61.8 million for storm damage expenses it incurred last year.
