Update: On January 15, 2015, the attorney examiner issued an updated procedural entry for the case in order to account for the additional time needed by the intervenors for discovery and filing testimony due to the filing of a stipulation by FirstEnergy, OEG, the Council of Smaller Enterprises, the Association of Independent Colleges and Universities, and various other groups in the matter. Pursuant to the updated procedural entry, FirstEnergy’s supplemental testimony must be filed by January 21, 2015, and supplemental intervenor testimony must be filed by February 5, 2015. An evidentiary hearing on the matter is scheduled to commence on February 24, 2015.
