Update: OMA Energy Group counsel recently filed comments on the PUCO’s proposed net metering rules. The comments urge the PUCO to adopt language that requires CRES providers to compensate shopping customers for the electricity that they deliver back to the grid. Under the current proposal, CRES providers would not be obligated to provide such credits.
