Update: On February 3, 2015, the Commission granted the joint application of TimkenSteel and AEP Ohio to amend their reasonable arrangement. The Commission’s decision permits TimkenSteel and AEP Ohio to extend the conclusion of their current unique arrangement from June 1, 2015, through the earlier of December 31, 2015 or the Commission’s approval of a new arrangement.
