Update: PJM Interconnection, LLC, the Independent Market Monitor, the PUCO, the Ohio Energy Group, and a few others have sought to join the recently-filed complaint cases which ask FERC to rescind the waivers on affiliate power sales restrictions granted to AEP’s and FirstEnergy’s unregulated generating affiliates. AEP, FirstEnergy, and their unregulated generating affiliates have asked FERC to extend the due date for their responses to the complaints. The FERC has not yet acted on those requests.
