Update:  The motions to intervene of OMAEG, Ohio Consumers’ Counsel, and Ohio Energy Group were granted. Further, AEP-Ohio circulated a proposed stipulation and OMAEG agreed not to oppose.  The parties hope to reach an agreement before the hearing which is scheduled to commence on February 25, 2014.
