Update:  FirstEnergy filed a letter in the docket on February 20, 2014, requesting authority to shift portfolio plan funds within its large enterprise customer class from its Demand Reduction program to its Commercial/Industrial Energy Efficiency Program for large customers because of greater than expected participation in the Energy Efficiency Program.
