Update:  The Commission denied the motion to stay its November 13, 2013 Opinion & Order with respect to Duke’s ability to begin recovering money through Rider MGP, and approved Duke’s proposed tariffs reflecting the amount to be collected through Rider MGP.  OCC additionally filed a letter in the docket on February 20, 2014 notifying the Commission of its intent to file a request to stay the Commission’s November 13, 2013 Opinion & Order with the Supreme Court of Ohio.
